New Robo H0 – PKP Passenger Coaches Type 101A and 102A “Ryflak”
Robo expands its H0 scale range with new versions of the classic Polish passenger coaches type 101A and 102A, known among railway enthusiasts as “Ryflak”. These iconic cars, which served for decades in the trains of the Polish State Railways (PKP), are now available in finely detailed variants with authentic interiors and optional LED lighting.
Each model is carefully crafted to reproduce the unique features of the “Ryflak” series – ribbed body panels, detailed interiors, fine printings, and historically accurate PKP liveries. The illuminated versions feature a pre-installed LED lighting system with factory wiring, ready to be connected within a passenger consist.
The new releases cover different service eras – from post-war operations (Era III) to the modern period (Era V) – and represent specific depots such as PKP Olsztyn, Warszawa Szczęśliwice, Lębork / DOKP Gdynia, and Jarocin. This allows collectors to recreate authentic Polish passenger trains from various decades.
Realism and quality
Robo’s H0 scale models are renowned for their precision, metal wheelsets, crisp lettering, and faithfully reproduced PKP colors. Modern manufacturing ensures excellent assembly quality and visual accuracy, making every “Ryflak” an essential addition to any Polish rolling stock collection.
The illuminated variants work perfectly in realistic layouts powered by analog or digital (DCC) systems. The manufacturer also provides easy options for further detailing and interior customization.
For fans of Polish railways
The new “Ryflak” coaches are an excellent choice for modellers and collectors recreating the history of PKP passenger trains from the 1960s to the early 2000s. With a wide selection of versions and careful detailing, these cars bring the true atmosphere of the Polish railway network to any layout.
