New modelling releases – Eduard, IBG, ICM, Fine Molds, Tamiya and many more
A large batch of modelling novelties has arrived, including aircraft kits, military vehicles, upgrade accessories, tools and painting supplies. The new releases include both limited edition kits from well-known manufacturers and interesting models of less commonly represented aircraft and vehicles. Among the new products are kits from Eduard, IBG Models, ICM, Fine Molds, Tamiya, as well as accessories from Gaahleri, Mr.Hobby and X-Scale.
New aircraft models in different scales
Among the most interesting aviation releases are new kits from Eduard, including the 1:48 Strafer B-25J Mitchell and the limited edition 1:72 Kurfürst – Bf 109K-4 Dual Combo, which includes two models of this late-war Luftwaffe fighter. The range has also been expanded with the 1:72 Enstrom 480, a light helicopter used for training and utility purposes.
ICM has also introduced several interesting aircraft kits. In 1:48 scale there are the MH-6J Little Bird and UH-60A Black Hawk with crew helicopters, as well as the British torpedo bomber HP.52 Hampden TB.Mk.I. The range is complemented by the B-26 Marauder US Crew figure set. In a smaller scale, the Luftwaffe Night Fighters set includes three aircraft: Bf 109E-4, Do 17Z-10 and Fw 189A-1.
Another interesting addition is the Amodel 1:72 An-30B Clank, a specialised aerial survey aircraft, as well as the classic Messerschmitt M-23A from Avis. A large passenger airliner has also joined the offer – the X-Scale A300B4-605R in 1:144 scale.
IBG Models kits and accessories
IBG Models has introduced a large number of new products. Among the full kits are the Spitfire Mk Vb 1941–43 in two canopy variants, the limited edition Spitfire Mk Vb Black Box, as well as the PZL M18 Dromader aircraft in 1:48 scale – available both as a Polish agricultural aircraft and as a firefighting aircraft used in Greece.
The manufacturer has also prepared numerous 3D printed upgrade sets for Spitfire models, including exhausts, wheels and cockpit structure inserts. For the Dromader there are also additional detail sets such as the engine and exhaust assembly, propeller, wheels and painting masks.
Military vehicles and figure sets
Fans of military vehicles will find several interesting new releases, including the AFV Club 1:35 Australian Army M113A1 LRV equipped with DIEHL 513B tracks. IBG has also released the Polish Cavalrymen Uhlans 1939 – Weapons Set.
The offer also includes the Captured Bedford MW in German Service truck in 1:72 scale. Among the diorama-related releases from ICM are the Festive Dinner on the Front Line figure set and the humorous Achtung! Sie Fliegen set.
New kits from Fine Molds
Fine Molds has introduced several interesting aviation and military kits. In 1:48 scale there are new releases of the Japanese fighter Nakajima Ki-43 Hayabusa in two production variants. In 1:72 scale the range includes the JASDF F-15J released to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the Japanese Air Self-Defense Force and the F-4E Phantom II representing an aircraft from Clark Air Base.
The company has also released the IJA Type 97 Te-Ke tankette in 1:35 scale as well as detail-up sets for the destroyer IJN Yukikaze in 1:700 and 1:350 scale.
Tools, paints and modelling accessories
The new arrivals also include modelling tools and accessories. Among them are several airbrushes from Gaahleri, including models from the Premium, Ace and Advanced series such as the Mobius, Swallowtail and GHAD-68 with interchangeable nozzles. The range has also been expanded with the Mr.Hobby Gundam Marker EX Pearl Gold and Pearl White markers.
Tamiya has introduced a new Low Odor modelling cement with reduced smell as well as the Tamiya 2026 company catalogue. The range also includes the 1978 Ford Zakspeed Capri Turbo car model in 1:24 scale.
Models available for pre-order
New rocket artillery models from Fore Art are also available for pre-order. These include M142 HIMARS launcher kits in 1:72 scale representing vehicles equipped with ATACMS and GMLRS missiles, including a version in Ukrainian markings.
The latest delivery therefore covers a very wide range of modelling topics – from classic combat aircraft and military vehicles to 3D printed upgrade sets, tools and accessories that will interest both beginner and experienced modellers.
