Unassembled plastic model kit of a Soviet fighter aircraft LA-5. Early variant.

Set includes:

• sprues with parts for assembly
• waterslide decal sheet
• photoetched parts
• assembly instructions with marking and painting options

Paints and glue not included in the set.

Set includes pictorial assembly instructions that shows the correct order of assembly. Instruction also suggests paints required for finishing the model. To finish the model kit we need to apply the included waterslide decals according to the scheme presented in the instructions.

Basic tools required for finishing the model kit:

• sprue cutters or craft knife
• small files or sandpaper in different gradations
• paintbrushes in different sizes
• glue for plastic model kits
• paint set chosen according to the instructions or with the help of our staff
• it the kit includes resin or photoetched elements a CA glue will also be needed

Clear Prop Models is a plastic model kit manufacturer from Ukraine. They offer model kits of aircrafts in scale 1/72 and 1/48. Their kits are divided into three types: “starter”- only with plastic parts and aimed at less experienced modellers, “advanced”, which apart from plastic parts also have some photo etched details to enrich the miniature’s look and are aimed at experienced model makers and “expert” that includes plastic, photo etched and resin details to push the model detailing even further. This last type of their model kits is aimed at modellers who seek maximum details in their kits. Models made by Clear Prop are of high quality, with lots of details but require patience and care during assembly.
