Special acrylic paint with microparticles of iron that naturally oxidize when in contact with AK11268 Oxidizing Agent. First, apply the special acrylic paint (AK11266) with a brush to the piece on which you want to achieve the rust effect. Once dry, apply the oxidizing agent (AK11268) over the paint. Leave it on for a while to see the final effect, as oxidation occurs through a natural reaction with air. The oxidizing agent can be diluted with water for more subtle effects on the parts. The effect can be supplemented with pigments or other products to achieve a greater variety of colors.
