AK Interactive 12030 Magnet is a low-viscosity cyanoacrylate adhesive in a large, economical 20 g format. The low viscosity enables effective capillary bonding — the glue self-wicks into very narrow gaps between closely fitted parts, filling the joint without the need to force the adhesive in manually.

Designed for bonding photo-etched parts, all types of metal joints (steel, brass, copper) and plastic components with tightly fitting connections. It is also useful for joining micro-cracks and damage on finished models, where precision of application and invisible seams are essential.

Choosing the correct cyanoacrylate viscosity has a significant impact on bond quality. Thin (low-viscosity) glues penetrate narrow gaps by capillary action and work best for precise, tightly fitted joints. Thick (high-viscosity) glues fill larger gaps, do not run off vertical surfaces, and allow more positioning time.

How to use:

Align the parts and position them as desired. Apply a minimal amount of glue to the edge of the joint — the adhesive will wick into the gap by capillary action. For metal joints, you may pre-apply glue to both surfaces before bringing them together. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Store tightly closed in a cool, dark place.
