High-quality acrylic gloss varnish, ideal for protecting all types of paint before applying decals or oil and acrylic weathering products, as well as for giving your model a final shine. It dries very quickly, after 1 hour you can safely work on the application, but maximum resistance is achieved after 24 hours. Transparent varnishes perform a very important function in the process of painting and weathering models.

The primary uses are to protect previously applied camouflage layers from weathering and to protect the completed model. Transparent varnishes are available in matte, satin and glossy finishes. Matte varnishes will work well mainly for finishing armored weapon models, semi-matte or satin varnishes for protection against weathering processes and for a finishing coat on aircraft models, and glossy varnishes are good to apply before making washes and for civilian car models. Glossy varnish is also recommended to apply to surfaces before applying decals. Thanks to its smooth layer, the decal will set up better and minimize the possibility of making the transparent film layer of the decal visible.
