Tool for scribing straight parallel lines in plastic. Can also be used for marking measurements.

Tool for scribing parallel lines i.e. tracing lines in a constant set length from the part's edge.

Large mounting screws allows for a quick needle replacement and changing the jaws width. Scale is etched in centimeters and inches. Tracing needle is made from tungsten carbide that ensures great hardness and sharpness and specially formed point makes the needle cut the plastic easily. Needle depth can be adjusted using a setscrew. Additional use of the tool is marking the measures taken for e.g. riveting the model later. Scriber is made from aluminum which makes it reliable and long lasting. Spare scribing needles PSP-01 are available separately.
