The kit is dedicated to a model by Tamiya.

Photogravhed brass sheet elements are one of the most popular additions to plastic model kits.

The technology of their production makes it possible to obtain very small and delicate details, unattainable with injection molding technology. Most often, they are a much better-looking alternative to instrument panels, hooks, hangers, mounts, air intake cover grids, etc. For models produced with short run technology, they can be an essential part of the kit. Photo-etched parts most often require bending them according to etched lines to achieve the desired shape.

Eduard is a Czech manufacturer of model airplanes to be glued together in all the most popular scales, whose quality, detail and correctness place it among the world's leading manufacturers of plastic models.

It was originally best known for producing photo-etched (and later resin) add-ons for plastic models, in which it is still the undisputed leader. Eduard's models consist of a considerable number of parts with a very good fit and a very high degree of detailing. The "Profipack" kits include, in addition to the model, extras and masks for painting and are aimed at modelers with experience in the hobby. "Weekend" kits are plastic model without add-ons and are aimed at beginner modelers.
