3D-printed Brassin parts – detail unattainable in plastic

Brassin is Eduard's line of accessories made by direct 3D printing (and in some sets resin casting). The technology delivers very fine, three-dimensional detail and smooth surfaces, replacing selected parts of the base kit.

Parts are separated from the print supports and attached with cyanoacrylate glue. Given the nature of the material, it is worth working carefully and protecting the finest elements.

About the vehicles – Pz.Kpfw. III and Pz.Kpfw. IV:

The Pz.Kpfw. III and Pz.Kpfw. IV tanks formed the backbone of the German armoured forces in the first half of World War II and shared many running-gear components, including tracks of similar design.

On the Eastern Front, in winter and muddy conditions, wider winter tracks (Winterketten / Ostketten) were used to reduce ground pressure and improve grip in snow and mud. Individual links were sometimes used as additional armour fitted to the hull and turret.
