Set of decals, operating stencils for 1/32 scale model of Bf 109G aircraft.

Set recommended for a kit made by Revell / Hasegawa.

Decal sheets contain the nationality markings of the model being built, and often operational lettering and other details such as instrument panel clocks, etc.

A sheet may contain one or multiple marking options depending on the kit. Today, virtually every model to be glued together includes a decal sheet. Decals sold separately are also available - for modelers who don't want to do the machine suggested by the manufacturer or are looking for a less popular paint job. The most popular type are water decals, where in order to apply a marking to the surface of the model, it is necessary to dip it momentarily in water after cutting it from the sheet.

Eduard is a Czech manufacturer of unassembled plastic model kits for model airplanes in all the most popular scales, whose quality, detail and correctness place it among the world's leading manufacturers of plastic models.

Initially, it was best known for its production of photo-etched (and later resin) additives for plastic models, in which it is still the undisputed leader. "Weekend" kits are plastic model without extras and are aimed at beginner modelers.
