Eduard FE1572 is a set of color STEEL seatbelts designed for the 1/48 Supermarine Spitfire Mk.IXe kit from Airfix. It provides a realistic representation of the pilot’s harness, significantly enhancing cockpit detail.
Set includes
- Color STEEL pilot seatbelts
The STEEL belts are made from thin, flexible metal, allowing natural drape and easy shaping over the seat. Multi-color printing ensures a realistic appearance without the need for hand painting fine details. The set is tailored for the Airfix kit and replaces the original plastic parts.
Photo-etched parts are among the most popular accessories for plastic model kits.
The production technology enables extremely fine and delicate details not achievable with injection molding. The STEEL version uses thin metal for easier shaping and a more realistic seatbelt appearance.
