The Hasegawa 20760 kit represents the Mazda Savanna RX-7 SA22C in its early production form. Introduced in the late 1970s, the first-generation RX-7 became famous for its lightweight design, balanced handling, and the innovative rotary (Wankel) engine.
The early SA22C version featured clean, sporty body lines, pop-up headlights, and a driver-focused interior. This model laid the foundation for the RX-7’s long-lasting reputation as one of Japan’s most iconic sports cars.
