Mazda Savanna RX-7 Champ – Comics Version “Mecha-Doc” – 1/24 Scale Plastic Model Kit – Hasegawa SP634
This kit represents the iconic Mazda Savanna RX-7 (SA22C) in its customized “Champ” version from the manga “Mecha-Doc.” Released in the 1980s, this lightweight sports car featured a revolutionary rotary engine and a sharp, aerodynamic design. The kit recreates the special livery and tuning details seen in the comic.
Kit includes:
- Plastic sprues for detailed assembly
- Accurate body and interior parts
- Special decals from “Mecha-Doc”
- Assembly instructions with painting guide
Note: Glue, paints, and tools are not included. Model requires manual assembly.

About the Mazda Savanna RX-7:
The first-generation RX-7 debuted in 1978 and quickly became known for its rotary engine, lightweight chassis, and excellent handling. Known in Japan as the Savanna RX-7, it became a symbol of Japanese sports cars and was often featured in anime and manga like “Mecha-Doc,” where characters raced and customized cars. The “Champ” version refers to a customized RX-7 driven by one of the comic’s main characters.
