Mirage Hobby Sanding Sponge #400 – set of 6 sanding sponges
The Mirage 100104 set includes six sanding sponges from the Mirage Hobby Sanding Sponge series with a #400 grit. They are intended for initial surface levelling of plastic and resin models, removing more visible joint lines, and preparing parts for further refinement with finer grits.

Application and features
The flexible construction allows the sponge to adapt to flat, curved, and hard-to-reach areas. It is useful for removing mould lines, excess glue, and more pronounced surface imperfections created during assembly.
The sponges can be used both dry and wet. Wet sanding reduces dust and provides more controlled surface preparation. They can also be easily trimmed with scissors to match specific tasks and confined areas.

The series includes 10 grit levels ranging from #320 to #3000, available individually or in sets. This makes it easy to select the appropriate grit for every stage of work – from initial sanding to final finishing and paint preparation.
