High quality self healing cutting mat in A4 format. Allows easy cutting of e.g. masking tapes and prolongs life of knife blades. Single side printed with grid, checkerboard and an angle measure. Sides feature printed most popular scale rulers.
Cutting mat is a useful tool in every modeller's workshop.
It protects the table we are working on from being cut by scalpel blade, allows for a precise cutting of the masking tapes and Plastic profiles at the same time preventing blades from becoming dull too quickly. Most available mats are of the self-healing type, that close around scalpel cuts and have greater longevity. Usually every mat has various grids and scales printed on its surface for precise positioning of the parts, quick scale reference etc. Cutting mats are not resistant to most products used in model making and should not be used as a protection against solvents or paints.
