Description

A set of models of Y/B-70 Bautzen type passenger cars included in the Städteexpress train in the painting of the German Railways DR.

Made of plastic and metal elements, the models of cars for electric railroads in H0 scale, i.e. 1/87. They are miniatures of passenger cars of type Y/B-70 Bautzen included in the express train Städteexpress. The paint job depicts railcars used by the German DR railroads during epoch IV, which fell between 1970 and 1990.

Wagons are painted and ready to drive. The models can be used in analog and digital control. The wagons have factory-installed interior lighting.

Models are packaged in a beautiful rigid cardboard box with foam filling.

Most important features of the models:

replicated shape of seats typical of a 9 compartment train car,
details on the partitions in the compartments,
baggage shelves in each compartment,
replicated doors along with e wall separating the compartment from the corridor
both vestibules at both ends of the carriages with lots of details
no gap between harmonies when models are connected by so-called short couplings,
models in the version with lighting have a strip of lighting of the middle of the carriage and lighting of the end of the train

Robo is a Polish manufacturer of H0 (1:87) scale railroad cars.

Their range consists of tank cars and passenger cars operated by PKP. Their characteristic feature is the highest care and accuracy of reproduction of even the smallest details in these models. Passenger cars, moreover, come in versions with lighting installed. ROBO models are among the leading railroad models, but it must be remembered that they are produced in limited quantities.
