H0 scale set of two Le Pont–Le Brassus passenger coaches

This set includes two passenger coaches from the Swiss Le Pont–Le Brassus railway (PBr, now part of Travys). It consists of one 1st/2nd class coach (type AB) and one 2nd class coach (type B). The models represent typical platform coaches used on branch lines, featuring lightweight construction and open end platforms.

About Le Pont–Le Brassus coaches:

These coaches originate from designs developed for the Swiss Federal Railways (SBB), which ordered a series of platform coaches ABi and Bi between 1947 and 1950 for use on secondary lines. They featured lightweight construction and open end platforms.

The Le Pont–Le Brassus railway acquired two of these coaches for operation on its line in the Vallée de Joux region. They became a typical part of local passenger transport, serving routes in the mountainous Swiss landscape.
