Description
Unassembled plastic model kit of a American exploratory aircraft F-5B Lightning.
Scale of the model - 1/72
The kit includes:
- frames with parts to be glued together
- decal sheet
- instructions for assembling the model, along with a presentation of possible paint versions
The kit does not include glue and paints.
model requires assembly by gluing its parts together.
The model includes instructions that pictorially show the sequence of cutting out parts and gluing them together. The instructions also include suggestions on how to choose paints for painting the model. In the final step, you will need to apply the decals included in the kit to the surface of the model according to the scheme shown.
To build the model you will need a basic set of tools:
- scalpel or modeling pliers
- files or various thicknesses of sandpaper
- brushes of various sizes
- modeling glue for plastic
- a set of paints according to the instructions or individually selected by an employee of our model store
- if your model contains metal or resin parts, you will need cyanoacrylate glue for them
RS Model is a Czech manufacturer of short-run unassembled plastic model kits.
Their product range focuses on 1/72 scale aircraft models and a few 1/48 scale aircraft models. Their kits most often depict lesser known machines or in unusual paintings, very often overlooked by larger manufacturers of scale models. The quality of their models is good, but keep in mind that short-run models require some experience, attention and patience when gluing and are aimed at more experienced modelers - but the work put in will pay off with an unusual miniature. RS Model products can also often include extras in the form of photo-etched or resin parts.
