This 1:48 scale plastic model kit from Special Hobby represents the Italian Fiat BR.20 Cicogna bomber. The BR.20 was Italy’s first all-metal medium bomber and saw extensive service in multiple theatres during World War II—including Europe, North Africa, and even China under Japanese use.

About the Fiat BR.20 Cicogna bomber:
The Fiat BR.20 Cicogna was a twin-engine medium bomber introduced by Italy in the mid-1930s. It was the country’s first all-metal bomber and was used extensively in the Spanish Civil War, the bombing of Britain, and the North African campaign. Notably, several aircraft were also exported to Japan and used in operations over China. Despite being outdated by mid-war standards, the BR.20 remained in frontline service into the 1940s.
