PKP Pwi-31a baggage coach in H0 scale

This Tillig model represents the Pwi-31a baggage coach of the Polish State Railways (PKP) in Epoch IVa (1968–1974). The depicted prototype carried the inventory number 50 51 93-20 189-2 D, was based at Toruń depot, and underwent revision at ZNTK Opole on 31 August 1972. Such coaches were commonly used in passenger trains for luggage and parcel transport, and sometimes served as technical support cars.

The Pwi-31a coaches were post-war constructions based on German designs, adapted for the needs of PKP.
