Trumpeter 03473 represents the F-8 Crusader in 1:700 scale and includes 6 aircraft in the box. The Crusader was a supersonic carrier-based fighter operated by the US Navy and US Marine Corps during the Cold War. Known as “The Last of the Gunfighters,” it was one of the last American fighters designed with internal cannons as its primary armament. These miniatures are perfect for detailing US aircraft carriers from the 1960s and 1970s.
