Very Fire 1:350 detail-up set for IJN Yahagi cruiser
The Very Fire VF350018 upgrade set is designed for 1:350 scale models of the Japanese light cruiser IJN Yahagi. It allows modelers to add a wealth of realistic details and significantly improve the overall appearance of the finished kit.
The set includes:
- Photo-etched parts with deck fittings, railings and secondary armament details
- Metal barrels for main and secondary guns
- Resin parts reproducing fine ship equipment
- Additional replacement and supplementary details
Note: The base model kit is not included.
This set is recommended for intermediate and advanced modelers. It requires precision modeling tools and cyanoacrylate glue for assembly of metal and resin parts. The result is a highly realistic replica of IJN Yahagi.
About IJN Yahagi:
IJN Yahagi was an Agano-class light cruiser of the Imperial Japanese Navy, commissioned in 1943. Designed as a destroyer flotilla flagship, it was fitted with advanced command systems and armed with artillery and torpedoes. Yahagi took part in several operations in the Pacific theater. On April 7, 1945, she was sunk by U.S. aircraft during Operation Ten-Go, alongside the battleship Yamato.
