Basic in weathering for subtly adding realism to the undercarriages of dirty vehicles. A special color for creating mud accumulation effects. Can be mixed with gypsum and other colors, such as AKABT130 Dark Mud, to create a variety of shades, or with clearcoats to create wet or dry effects. Lighter mud colors are often used on darker shades in splashes or on the side areas of splashed pieces to simulate dry mud.

The paints have an exclusive formula with less oil for more matte finishes and an ideal balance between medium and top quality pigments. The paints are great for most weathering techniques. They can be used to create washes, filters, to create chiaroscuro, upholstery and to blur transitions between colors. They are perfect for the so-called ladybug technique, i.e. changing the base color by applying and mixing several contrasting colors. Thanks to the oil base, the effects obtained can be easily improved using dedicated thinners or white spirit. The paints do not dry out in tubes and can be easily used for many years. They are not suitable for base color on plastic models.
