About the V-100 Commando armored car

The V-100 Commando is a light armored car developed in the 1960s by Cadillac Gage in the United States. The vehicle was designed as a versatile platform capable of performing patrol, reconnaissance and troop transport duties.

During the Vietnam War the V-100 was widely used by US forces and South Vietnamese security units. Its mobility, relatively light construction and the ability to mount different weapon systems made it a successful and widely exported armored vehicle used by numerous countries.
