Wet palette is an indispensable tool for all modellers using acrylic paints. Special paper prevents the deposited colours from drying and keeps their proper consistency for a long time.

Set includes sturdy, plastic palette, 2 hydration foams, 50 sheets of special wet palette paper and an elastic band for securing the closure of wet palette. Working area: 160 x 250 mm.

Polish made wet palette designed for figure painting modellers, who use mostly acrylic paints.

Allows long working time with this type of paints preventing their drying and change of consistency. It also allows painting in several painting sessions, which can be valuable while using your own colour mixes, which don't need to be recreated each time. Large palette area gives plenty of room for colours used in a given project. Special wet palette paper that is slightly larger than the palette lifts up on the edges preventing paint from accidentally flowing under the hydration foam. Palette's cover also features a small, adjustable vent that will prevent moisture from building up on the cover underside when palette is closed. It also reduces mold growth. This is a 2.0 variant of the Creative Tools Wet Palette which now features on itssides special magnetic clamps for an ink & wash tray (sold separately). Palette is made from high quality ABS plastic. Special formulation of foam and paper prevents mold growing inside when storing paints on the palette for a longer time. After closing the lid, palette can be secures using the included elastic strap. Thanks to small thickness and reliable closure you can conveniently take this palette to painting workshop or other events.

Please note, that the wet palette filled with water and paints should not remain closed for a long periods of time as it might lead to mould growth - even with foam and paper being naturally mold resistant. If such thing happens throw away the paper and thoroughly clean the foam and the palette itself. For prolonging the working life of paints deposited onto the palette you can place it in a fridge. Each wet palette brand has spare papers and foams available to buy separately.
