Set of 3D decals for a model kit of Meteor F.8 aircraft in scale 1/72.
Set is recommended for a model kit made by Airfix. Set includes photoetched parts
Decal sheets contain national markings of a model we build also stencils and other details e.g. instrument panel gauges.
Included sheet can have one or several marking options - depending on the set. Almost every plastic model kit includes a sheet of decals. Also available are separately sold sets - for modellers that doesn't want to make a model as proposed by a manufacturer or search for a lesser known marking options. Most widespread are waterslide decals i.e. markings that to be applied need to be cut out of the sheet and submerged for a while in water.
Eduard is a model kit producing company from the Czech Republic in all most popular scales which quality and accuracy places them strictly as one of the world's finest plastic model kits manufacturer.
At the beginning, most known for production of photo etched (and later also resin) details for plastic model kits in which they are an unquestionable leader, they have also been manufacturing aircraft model kits. Eduard model kits consist of large part numbers with very good fit and a very high level of detail. "Profipack" sets apart from model kit parts also include PE details and painting masks and are aimed at modellers who have some experience in the hobby. "Weekend" sets include only a model kit and are aimed at beginners.
