LööKplus set – a bundle of Brassin accessories for one model

LööKplus is a package of several Brassin accessories selected for a single model and sold together. Alongside the LööK set (painted resin instrument panel and steel belts) it includes further resin and 3D-printed details as well as masks, so that a single purchase comprehensively improves the most important parts of the model.

The individual elements are fitted according to the instructions supplied with each accessory; resin and printed details are secured with cyanoacrylate adhesive. It is a convenient solution for modellers who want to raise the level of detail in several areas at once.

About the aircraft – Curtiss P-40K Warhawk:

The Curtiss P-40 Warhawk was an American fighter of the Second World War, powered by an inline Allison V-1710 engine. Although it was outperformed at high altitude by newer designs, its ruggedness, firepower and good low- and medium-altitude handling made it a valuable aircraft on many fronts. The P-40 gained its greatest fame in the colours of the "Flying Tigers" in China.

The P-40K version received a more powerful engine with a boost installation. Early examples had a short fuselage, which caused a tendency to swing on take-off — so some aircraft (the so-called short tail) were fitted with an enlarged vertical fin, while later ones received a lengthened fuselage. Warhawks of this version fought in North Africa, the Pacific and China.
