Fore 9003 is a set of six figures depicting the crew of the modern American M142 HIMARS rocket launcher, in 1:72 scale. The set includes two sets of three figures, allowing more than one scene or model to be populated.

The figures are produced using high-resolution 3D printing, which ensures sharp detail despite the small scale. The set contains only the figures — the M142 HIMARS vehicle is sold separately.

Preparation and painting:

The 3D-printed figures are removed from the print supports and cleaned up gently. Because of the small scale the parts are tiny and require careful handling. It is worth applying a modelling primer before painting.

Acrylic paints and fine brushes are useful for painting figures at this scale; details can be brought out with the dry-brush technique and a wash. Despite their small size, careful painting significantly enhances the display value of a scene.
