British Bedford MWC Water Bowser Truck – Late Production 1:72 scale plastic model by IBG Models

The Bedford MWC was one of the most common logistical vehicles used by the British Army during World War II. The “Water Bowser” variant served as a mobile water carrier, supplying troops, field kitchens and workshops across multiple theaters of war. The Late Production version introduced a simplified cab design and minor mechanical improvements to ease mass production.

These vehicles supplied fresh water to troops and field installations throughout the war. The Late Production version featured a simplified metal cab roof and modified lights. Many Bedford MWC trucks continued to serve in civilian roles after the war.
