Mark Softer is a decal setting solution that is applied on a decal - we spread it over an applied decal. It softens the decal allowing it to naturally conform to any details and surface irregularities of the model. Brush in the cap allows instant application of the fluid on a model.
Decal solutions are products that are indispensable while buildinc scale models - especially aircrafts.
Their purpose is to soften the decals and improve their adhesion to the model which should mean an effect that makes them look like painted on. Decal solutions can be a two step systems - with each step to be usec either over or under the decals or single step, where a solution can be used both under and over a transfer.
