About the EN57 electric multiple unit:

The EN57 is the most widely used electric multiple unit in the history of Polish railways. Manufactured between 1962 and 1993 by Pafawag in Wrocław, over 1,400 units were built. Its three-car formation (motor car + trailer + motor car) allowed flexible use in both suburban and regional services.
