Analog or digital control – what to choose?

About the EP09 locomotive:

The EP09 is a high-speed electric locomotive designed in the 1980s for express passenger services in Poland. Built between 1986 and 1997 by H. Cegielski in Poznań, a total of 47 units were delivered to PKP. With a top speed of 160 km/h, EP09s became a key component of Poland's intercity rail services in the 1990s and beyond.
