Description
Unassembled plastic model kit of a Japanese trainer aircraft Ki-79 A/B.
Scale of the model: 1/48.
Set includes:
- sprues with parts for assembly
- waterslide decal sheet
- assembly instructions with marking and painting options
Paints and glue not included in the set.
Unassembled plastic model kit.
Set includes pictorial assembly instructions that shows the correct order of assembly. Instruction also suggests paints required for finishing the model. To finish the model kit we need to apply the included waterslide decals according to the scheme presented in the instructions.
Basic tools required for finishing the model kit:
- sprue cutters or craft knife
- small files or sandpaper in different gradations
- paintbrushes in different sizes
- glue for plastic model kits
- paint set chosen according to the instructions or with the help of our staff
- it the kit includes resin or photoetched elements a CA glue will also be needed
RS Model is a Czech producer of plastic model kits in short run technology. Their offer consists mostly of aircraft kits in 1/72 scale with some in 1/48 scale. Their sets usually depict less known machines or in unusual markings - often omitted by larger manufacturers. RS Model kits quality is good but it has to be remembered that short run technology models require some experience, patience and care during assembly and are aimed at more experienced modellers - though work put into making one of the model kits will result in a very nice and unique miniature. RS Model kits often include some photo etched or resin details.
