Rutan Voyager – World-Circling Aircraft – Sova-M 1:72
This 1:72 scale model kit from Sova-M represents the iconic Rutan Voyager – the first aircraft to complete a nonstop, unrefueled flight around the world. Designed by Burt Rutan and flown in December 1986 by Dick Rutan and Jeana Yeager, the Voyager was a revolutionary twin-boom design optimized for maximum fuel efficiency and endurance. This model kit allows enthusiasts to recreate one of the most legendary aircraft achievements in aviation history.

The flight took place from December 14 to 23, 1986, covering a distance of 40,212 km in 216 hours. The aircraft launched and landed at Edwards Air Force Base in California.
