Description
Unassembled plastic model kits of the American assault aircraft Skyraider AD-3 / AD-4.
Scale of the model - 1/72
The set includes:
- frame with parts to be glued
- decal sheet
- instructions for assembling the model with presentation of possible paint versions
The set does not include glue or paint.
Model requires assembly by gluing its parts together.
The model includes instructions that pictorially show the order in which parts are cut out and glued together. The instructions also include suggestions on how to choose paints for painting the model. In the final step, the decals included in the kit should be applied to the surface of the model according to the scheme shown.
You will need a basic set of tools to build the model:
- modelers' scalpel or pliers
- pillets or various thicknesses of sandpaper
- brushes of various sizes
- modeling glue for plastic
- set of paints according to the instructions or individually selected by an employee of our model shop
- if the model contains metal or resin parts, cyanoacrylate glue will be necessary for them
Sword is a Czech company that produces high-quality short-run plastic model kits.
Their product range includes mainly aircraft models in 1/72 and 1/48 scales, which are not produced by larger model companies. Their kits are characterized by a high level of metalwork, well-fitting parts, but as always with models produced in short runs, patience and attention are needed to glue them together. Worth recommending to modelers with experience who are looking for unusual subjects for their collection.
