Tamiya Low Odor Cement – low-odor adhesive for plastic model kits

Tamiya 87238 Low Odor Cement is a modelling adhesive designed for bonding styrene plastic parts commonly used in plastic model kits. The specially developed formula significantly reduces the strong smell usually associated with traditional plastic cements.

The adhesive works by slightly melting the surface of the plastic parts, allowing them to fuse together and create a strong bond once the solvent evaporates. This makes it ideal for assembling plastic models such as aircraft, vehicles, ships, and figures.

The product comes in a characteristic square glass bottle with a cap that includes a built-in brush applicator. This design allows precise application of small amounts of adhesive directly to the joint area.
