This set is specially designed to provide modelers with the essential colors for painting Sherman tanks employed by the U.S. Marine Corps during WWII. Tens of thousands of Sherman tanks were built during the war, and while many served with the U.S. Army and Allied forces, the Marines deployed their own versions in the Pacific Theater of Operations. In addition to the distinctive Marine Green, the set includes camouflage shades most commonly used by the USMC in island campaigns and amphibious assaults.
