Weathering sponge stick with polymer foam tips. For wiping excess wash etc.

Includes 3 and 5mm sponge tip

Set includes:

  • 1x stick for attaching foam
  • 1x 3mm polymer foam tip
  • 1x 5mm polymer foam tip

Tool for precise work with enamel based washes and other erasable modelling products.

Special low-absorbing polymer foam is elastic yet hard enough to wipe only the surface - leaving wash in the reccess. Foam tips are resistant to enamel solvents - just dip them in a proper enamel thinner or white spirit after work and wipe untill clean. If the foam becomes visibly dirty - replace it. Foam shanks have rounded ends to avoid scratching the paint.
