Photoetched elements made of brass sheet are one of the most popular additions to unassembled plastic model kits.

Their production technology makes it possible to obtain very small and delicate details, unattainable with injection molding technology. Most often, they are a much better-looking alternative to instrument panels, hooks, hangers, mounts, air intake cover grids, etc. In the case of models produced with short run technology, they can be an indispensable part of the kit. Photo-etched parts most often require bending them according to etched lines to achieve the desired shape.
