The Eduard 672426 set provides a 3D-printed resin pilot seat for Spitfire Mk.I, Mk.II and Mk.V kits in 1:72 scale. The bakelite-style seat features moulded-in seatbelts, thin walls and crisp surface texture for an authentic appearance. Designed to replace the kit part, it enhances the cockpit’s realism without the need for additional photo-etched parts.

Resin parts are aftermarket accessories that enhance plastic model kits – they can be cast or 3D printed.

3D printing allows extremely fine and accurate details that cannot be achieved with traditional injection moulding. This technique reproduces realistic textures and proportions, making it ideal for detailed cockpit components such as seats and controls. The printed part is ready to install and offers a quick and effective upgrade to the model’s interior.
