Engine exhaust nozzles – precise Brassin detail

The set contains engine exhaust nozzles that replace the simplified plastic parts. Faithful reproduction of the nozzle's shape and internal structure — with an open, hollowed outlet — gives this characteristic part of a jet aircraft a realistic appearance.

The elements are fitted with cyanoacrylate adhesive. The open nozzles take darkening and metallising techniques very well, emphasising the effect of heated metal.

The Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG-21 is one of the most widely produced and operated supersonic combat aircraft in history. A light fighter with a delta wing and distinctive conical air intake, it served in dozens of countries around the world for over half a century.

The MiG-21R version was a specialised reconnaissance variant, adapted to carry underslung pods with photographic equipment, electronic intelligence gear or other observation systems. It retained fighter capabilities, being able to carry weapons for self-defence, and was used for tactical reconnaissance, including at low altitude.
