Description
Unassembled plastic model kits of the Japanese destroyer IJN Akebono.
Scale of the model - 1/350
The kit includes:
- frames with parts to be glued together
- decal sheet
- instructions for assembling the model, along with a presentation of possible paint versions
The kit does not include glue and paints.
model requires assembly by gluing its parts together.
The model includes instructions that pictorially show the sequence of cutting out parts and gluing them together. The instructions also include suggestions on how to choose paints for painting the model. In the final step, the decals included in the kit should be applied to the surface of the model according to the scheme shown.
To build the model you will need a basic set of tools:
- scalpel or modeling pliers
- files or various thicknesses of sandpaper
- brushes of various sizes
- modeling glue for plastic
- a set of paints according to the instructions or individually selected by an employee of our model store
- if your model contains metal or resin parts, you will need cyanoacrylate glue for them
Fine Molds are very high quality models, designed with great attention to conformity to the original and a lot of detail, while conceived to make assembly intuitive.
Fine Molds is a Japanese manufacturer of unassembled plastic model kits. Their range consists largely of 1/72 scale aircraft, but also military vehicles, ships and S-F kits in the most popular scales. The fit of the parts is very good and will not cause any modeler any problems.
