Flyhawk 1108S - 1:700 HMS Achilles 1939

Unassembled plastic model kits of the British light cruiser HMS Achilles as per 1939.

The ship is best known for its participation in the battle at the mouth of La Plata River on December 13, 1939, in which, together with the cruisers Exeter and Ajax, it dueled with the German "pocket" battleship Admiral Graf Spee.

The kit includes:

• decal sheet

• metal barrels and masts

• instructions for assembling the model with presentation of possible paint versions

In the final step, the decals included in the kit should be applied to the surface of the model according to the scheme shown.

To build the model you will need a basic set of tools:

• scalpel or modeling pliers
• files or various thicknesses of sandpaper
• brushes of various sizes
• modeling glue for plastic
• a set of paints according to the instructions or individually selected by an employee of our model store
• if your model contains metal or resin parts, you will need cyanoacrylate glue for them
