Plastic model kit of the German battleship Tirpitz (1942)
The 1:700 scale German battleship Tirpitz model by Flyhawk represents the ship in her 1942 configuration, during a key period of her operational service in Norwegian waters. The kit combines finely detailed plastic parts with additional components that enhance the overall accuracy of the model.

Assembly and building process:

About the battleship Tirpitz:
Tirpitz was the sister ship of the battleship Bismarck and the largest warship of the German Kriegsmarine. Commissioned in 1941, she spent most of her service in Norwegian waters, posing a constant threat to Allied Arctic convoys. In 1942, the ship featured enhanced anti-aircraft defenses, making this configuration especially attractive for detailed scale modeling.
