Plastic model kit: Lockheed Martin “Hopeless Diamond” in 1:72 scale
Mikromir 72031 represents the Lockheed “Hopeless Diamond” – an experimental stealth concept developed by Skunk Works in the 1970s. Its distinctive faceted diamond-shaped body was designed to scatter radar waves, forming the basis of stealth technology later applied to the F-117 Nighthawk. Although never built as a full-scale operational aircraft, it was crucial for stealth research.

Building tips
