Description
Plastic model for assembling the German assault aircraft Tornado IDS.
Decals included for German IDS and British GR.1 versions.
Scale of the model - 1/144
The set includes:
- frame with parts to be glued
- decal sheet
- instructions for assembling the model with presentation of possible paint versions
The set does not include glue or paint.
The model requires hand-gluing from parts.
The model includes instructions that pictorially show the order in which the parts are cut out and glued together. The instructions also include suggestions on how to choose paints for painting the model. In the final step, the decals included in the kit should be applied to the surface of the model according to the scheme shown.
You will need a basic set of tools to build the model:
- modelers' scalpel or pliers
- pillets or various thicknesses of sandpaper
- brushes of various sizes
- modeling glue for plastic
- set of paints according to the instructions or individually selected by an employee of our model shop
- if the model contains metal or resin parts, cyanoacrylate glue will be necessary for them
Revell, available on the European market, is famous for its very good models of armored vehicles in 1/72 scale and a wide range of aircraft in the most popular scales.
Revell of Germany is an independent German offshoot of this American company founded in the '40s. The models have a lot of parts and sometimes require more attention to gluing, but have a good level of detail and affordable prices. They are suitable for both beginners and advanced modelers.
