This 1:72 scale Special Hobby model kit represents the Martin B-12A bomber in its iconic "Yellow Wings" paint scheme, used by the US Army Air Corps in the late 1930s. The B-12A was one of the last biplane bombers before the transition to more modern monoplane designs. The kit features detailed plastic parts, resin upgrades, photo-etched components, and colorful decals for multiple aircraft.

The Martin B-12A was a twin-engine medium bomber developed as an improved version of the earlier B-10. It featured an all-metal structure and enclosed cockpit—innovative for its time. Its bright “Yellow Wings” livery symbolized the interwar era of the US Army Air Corps.
