This 1:72 scale plastic model kit by Special Hobby represents the Seafire FR Mk.47 – the final piston-engined fighter to serve in the Royal Navy. These powerful carrier-based aircraft took part in early Korean War operations and were the ultimate development of the legendary Spitfire lineage.

This aircraft was actively used by the Royal Navy during the Korean War and was the last propeller-driven fighter in British naval service before jets replaced it completely.
