Nakajima C6N1/S Myrt – Japanese Recon and Night Fighter – Sword 1:72
This 1:72 scale plastic model kit from Sword offers the option to build either the C6N1 reconnaissance version or the C6N1-S night fighter variant of the Nakajima Myrt. These late-WWII Japanese Navy aircraft were known for their high speed and long range, though introduced too late to significantly impact the war.

Model details:

About the Nakajima C6N1/S Myrt:
The Nakajima C6N1 “Myrt” was a high-speed reconnaissance aircraft developed for the Imperial Japanese Navy. Although designed for carrier use, it was primarily operated from land bases due to Japan’s declining carrier fleet. The C6N1-S variant was a late-war conversion into a night fighter, armed with an upward-firing 30 mm cannon to attack enemy bombers from below. Despite its speed, it had limited impact due to its late deployment.
