About the Anshan-class (Type 07) destroyer:

The Anshan-class destroyers (Type 07) were among the first large warships of the People’s Liberation Army Navy. Four ships – Anshan, Fushun, Changchun, and Taiyuan – were transferred from the Soviet Union in 1954–1955. Armed with 130 mm main guns, torpedoes, and anti-aircraft weapons, they performed escort and patrol duties along China’s coastline. In the 1970s, the ships underwent modernization (Type 07II) with upgraded radars and combat systems. They remained in service until the 1990s, marking an important stage in the development of China’s modern naval power. The lead ship, Anshan, is preserved today as a museum vessel.
